When Emily, from Event Builders, contacted us we knew no matter what the event was. . .it would be a great time! And we were right! This event was for the opening of PCC's new campus Willow Creek in Beaverton, OR. There was a bluegrass band, amazing food, and tons of people! PCC wanted to do something unique with the photo strips so, they created an amazing piece of art. Photo strips were adhered to a large canvas which will be hung in the main building. We can't wait to see the final product!

Things have been really exciting around here! Starting off with our new company logo. We had the pleasure of working with Marilee Kimball. She took our vision and created a logo that was exactly what we were looking for! Once the logo was ready to go we needed an overhaul on our website. We contacted Lacey from RedLaceDesign and she blew us away with the website design! The website just launched this week and we are already receiving positive feedback!
While all of this was happening we were busy expanding our business! The Original Photo Booth now offers photo booth rentals in Oregon, Southern California, Dallas, TX and Oklahoma! We are looking forward to a busy season. . . which has begun!

The Freshwater Trust held it's 27th Annual benefit dinner and auction at the Portland Art Museum’s Mark Building on Friday, February 26th 2010. And what a night it was! I know it's not nice to start off with, "it's a secret" but really it was! and still is!
What I can tell you is that the reception was AMAZING! there were so many great people having a great time in and out of the booth. As a matter of fact, the wedding goers were having so much fun, we were requested to stay an additional hour!

Midori and Adam were married 09.05.09 at Horning's Hideout in beautiful North Plains, Oregon. This cool couple pulled out all the stops for their friends and families! They ordered a beautiful sunny day and just when wedding goers thought it might not happen. . . BAM! there was sun!

Congratulations to Sylvana + Adam who tied the knot August 1, 2009! The reception was held at The Waverley Country Club in SE Portland.
We were thrilled to have this event take place outdoors! We had never been on the grass before! The Waverley is a beautiful location, overlooking the Willamette River there was even a sea plane that took off and landed four times! Each time the guests would roar with laughter and screams! It was pretty hilarious. . . I'm sure pilot was probably showing off!

Sarah + Kurt

Congratulations to Sarah + Kurt who were married July 25, 2009! They had an amazing reception at the Seattle Aquarium, and we were lucky enough to be there too! Their guests were so much fun and they all LOVED the photo booth! From grandma to the flower girl!
Sarah + Kurt got creative with their favors, they were bookmarks that one of the strips was adhered to. The other strip was left in their beautiful guest book that filled up before the evening was through! They also chose the damask backdrop (which I think looks beautiful)!
They worked with Lily Sommers of Luminous Event Design who kept things moving all night! She was great and even had the chance to hop in the booth as well.

The Heathman Hotel Client Appreciation Party

It must be the season! A few short weeks after Jessica's party at The Heathman, we were asked back to be a part of the hotels client appreciation party! It was another beautiful event! Rooms and rooms of great food, and great people! If you are looking for an amazing place to stay you need look no further then The Heathman Hotel! It's located in downtown Portland blocks from everything!

We were honored when photographer Jessica Hill requested our booth at her party! We know what an amazing photographer she is. . . we were lucky enough to have her shoot our wedding last year. To say the images she captured were breathtaking is a serious understatement!
The party was held at The Heathman Hotel in downtown Portland, and it was BEAUTIFUL! This is one of our favorite strips!
Jessica was hosting a client appreciation party and launching Peekaboo Portland. She added her logo to the strips and people were hopping in and out of the booth all night. So, Jessica, if you are reading. . . thanks again! We hope to work with you at more events!

Another event we were proud to be a part of! It's so great to see so many come out to show their support!

April 26th marked the fifth annual Portland Mercury fashion show. Again, I will leave the fashion write up to the pros! There must have been over two hundred people who took full advantage of the booth. . . and we loved every minute of it!

Portland's Providence Montessori school held it's annual auction last night (April 18th) at the Melody Ballroom. Hundreds of items were auctioned off to raise money for the continuation of their program. In between the silent auction, live auction, and dinner, folks were jumping in and out of the booth. A fun time was had by all!
